Shipping policy

 When you place your order:

- Our policy is to ensure all orders are shipped within 24 hours from our premises, to the address you have provided. When an order is out of stock or on back order, we will contact you on the details You provided.

- Our average delivery time is 3-5 days, excluding any handling time between placing the order and fulfilling your purchase. 

- We charge a courier fee of R120.00. Courier Guy handles all our orders.
